Danelle Rose is the Marketing and Communication Manager for the Economic Development and Tourism Department. Danelle joined the department in December 2013 as Office Manager, was promoted to Visitor Center Manager in Spring 2017, and promoted to her current position in August 2021. In her role, Danelle handles the department's social media/marketing efforts and collaborates with the City's regional tourism partners, Fredericksburg Main Street on efforts to attract visitor, scaling of a marketing plan focused on economic development strategies for the City of Fredericksburg Danelle joined the City following a 14-year career as a general manager in the restaurant industry and a strong background in customer service. Danelle has a B.A. in psychology and information systems from Mount Union University in Alliance, Ohio.
