Tourism Zone Incentive
The City of Fredericksburg has established designated tourism zones within its limits to encourage investment in areas identified as priorities in the City’s Comprehensive Plan. New or expanding qualified businesses that choose to locate within these zones may be eligible for targeted incentives.
Technology Zone Incentive
The City of Fredericksburg has established five designated technology zones to encourage investment in areas prioritized by the City’s Comprehensive Plan. Qualified new or expanding businesses locating within these zones may be eligible for incentive opportunities.
Arts & Cultural Incentive
The City of Fredericksburg has designated an Arts and Cultural District zone to encourage the growth and retention of arts-related businesses. This district offers economic incentives to support businesses looking to establish, expand, or remain within the area.
