Celebrate Virginia South is anchored by Wegmans Grocery, Hilton Garden Inn (148 rooms), Hampton Inn & Suites (122 rooms), Homewood Suites by Hilton (124 rooms), and the Fredericksburg Expo Center.

The Fredericksburg Expo Center hosts over 250 events annually, with attendance ranging from 5,000 to 30,000 in a 2 to 3 day period. Celebrate Virginia is also the starting point for the Marine Corps Historic Half Marathon each year.

This development also features PNC Bank, Navy Federal Credit Union, Virginia Credit Union, and a Sheetz convenience store.

Location

There is over 3/4 mile of frontage on I-95 (Exit 130) with traffic fluctuating between 140,000 to 200,000 ADT. Infrastructure is fully completed and pad ready sites are available for development.
