    Business Meeting ProgramsHUBZone Program 
    The Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) program, administered by the U. S. Small Business Administration, encourages economic development in designated HUBZones through federal contracting preferences.



    Main Street Program 
    The Main Street program is a national network of over 1,600 towns and cities in over 40 states organized by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.



    Rehab Tax Credit Program 
    The rehabilitation of certain commercial and industrial buildings 40 years of age and older may qualify for partial real estate tax exemption.



    The Rappahannock Economic Development Corporation (REDCO) is a licensed non-profit, Certified Development Company that offers long-term fixed-rate financing for small business in Virginia through the SBA 504 Loan Program.



    Micro-Loan Program 
    Rappahannock Goodwill Industries, in collaboration with ECDC Enterprise Development Group, provides micro-finance loans to help people with disabilities and other barriers to employment, including low-income individuals, start their own business. 

    The Virginia Small Business Financing Authority's Small Business Microloan Program is designed to assist Virginia’s existing small businesses across the Commonwealth.
