Please complete the application, by selecting the link below, and return to Karen Hedelt, Director of Economic Development and Tourism. This can be done by filling out the form online and submitting it electronically using the submit button. A print option is also available for personal delivery or fax. The application will be reviewed and you will be contacted about your proposed event.

Special Event Application Instructions

Upon completion of your application, please either click the Submit button  which will automatically E-mail your completed application to the Economic Development and Tourism Office or click the Print button and deliver your completed application to the Economic Development and Tourism Office via mail, personal delivery, or fax.

Special Event Planning Toolkit

In an effort to streamline and facilitate the event planning process, we have created a Toolkit that will walk planners through the process of holding any type of event in the City. If used online, the Toolkit conveniently provides links to forms, websites, email addresses, and permit applications that might be needed for an event. The Toolkit also includes a checklist and timeline to help remind planners of the importance of completing all necessary steps within a specific timeframe.
