Liberty Place will occupy an entire city block just north of The Free Lance-Star building. The project is located across Winchester Street from Amelia Square. The $25 million project will include:
A three-story, 86,000-square-foot commercial building on the William Street side of the project. This includes about 58,700 square feet of office space, 9,200 square feet of restaurant space and 18,000 square feet of retail space.
A 4.5-level above-ground garage on the Amelia Street side of the project that will include approximately 303 parking spaces and have its entrance/exit on Winchester Street. The garage will have a brick exterior and is being patterned after the Calvert Street Garage in Annapolis, Maryland
A 15-foot-wide private driveway will be built between the two structures that will serve as a loading area connecting Winchester and Douglas streets. The second and third stories of the office space will extend over the driveway and connect to the parking garage.
